call forward - remote access

This feature enables you to activate or deactivate Call Forward when you are away from home. This must be done from a touch tone phone.

To Forward Calls With Call Forward - Remote Access:

1. Lift receiver and listen for dial tone.
   
   
2. Dial the access number: (???) ???-???? for ????? exchange customers, (???) ???-???? for ??????? exchange customers.
   
   
3. You will hear 4 rings and receive a dial tone.
   
   
4. Dial your 7-digit telephone number and your 5-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).
   
   
5. Listen for dual tone and dial 72#.
   
   
6. Listen for dial tone and dial the number where you wish your calls forwarded.

To Disconnect with Call Forward - Remote Access:

Note: This is only to disconnect Call Forward when you are away from home. Follow directions for "To Discontinue Call Forward - All Calls" if you are at home.

1. Lift the receiver and listen for dial tone.
   
   
2. Dial the access number for your exchange.
   
   
3. You will hear 4 rings and receive dial tone.
   
   
4. Dial your telephone & PIN number.
   
   
5. Listen for dial tone and dial 73#.
   
   
6. You will hear 2 bursts of dial tone. This is to inform you that Call Forward has been cancelled.
